We sometimes face our prospective clients' reluctance to switching suppliers - they have come to trust the products that they use presently, and our products are relatively unknown in the market. OILY's approach is to only work with world class suppliers whose raw material sourcing and manufacturing processes are meeting the highest standards. We trust the procedures in place, and we rely on our products' consistency in performance.
Further to this, our supplier has provided us with Insurance Cover Note with one of the major insurance houses, based in Switzerland. The insurance covers annual claims of up to 25 million EUR (500 million ZAR), with each one case of up to 1 million EUR (20 million ZAR). In the unlikely event of failure of your equipment due to lubricant performance, we will replace your equipment promptly.
